Marketing Analytics Services

Marketing analytics services, engineered by the people who build the tracking underneath them.

A marketing team's reporting is only as good as the events feeding it. We design and maintain the measurement layer - channel data, campaign attribution feeds, and validated reporting pipelines - so the dashboard your team presents holds up under questions.

For the marketing lead: numbers you can present without a disclaimer

A dashboard that shows channel performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution - with a documented definition behind every metric, so the number survives a follow-up question from finance or the CEO.

For the data or engineering lead: a schema you don't have to reverse-engineer

Event definitions, attribution logic, and validation rules documented and versioned - so marketing's reporting layer doesn't become an undocumented black box the engineering team inherits later.

The measurement layer marketing depends on.

  • Campaign & channel event schemas. Consistent naming and parameters across paid, organic, email, and lifecycle channels, so cross-channel comparisons mean something.
  • Attribution feed engineering. Clean, deduplicated attribution data flowing from ad platforms and your site into one reporting layer. Deep multi-touch attribution modeling routes to our attribution practice.
  • Marketing dashboard data layer. The validated tables and views behind whichever BI or dashboard tool your team already uses - we do not require you to adopt a new platform.
  • Conversion & revenue reconciliation. Reconciling ad-platform conversions against your actual sales or CRM data, so ROAS and revenue numbers stop drifting apart.
  • Executive-ready reporting structure. Reports built to be presented, with the methodology documented alongside the number - not a raw export.
  • CRM & ad-platform activation. Routing validated audiences and conversion events back into ad platforms and CRM systems for retargeting and lifecycle marketing.

Where this ends and a specialist practice begins

We scope engagements honestly. If your project is really about one platform's implementation, we say so and point you to the right practice rather than stretching a generalist engagement over specialist work.

You're a fit if

  • Your channel dashboards disagree with each other, or with finance
  • Marketing reports on numbers no one on the data team can reproduce
  • You are choosing a BI tool but have no validated data layer to feed it
  • Executive reporting takes days of manual reconciliation each month
  • Your CRM and ad platforms are not receiving clean conversion data
  • A previous agency built dashboards but never documented what feeds them

Questions

What are marketing analytics services?

Marketing analytics services cover the reporting and measurement layer a marketing team relies on: channel and campaign performance data, attribution feeds, dashboards, and the pipelines that keep them accurate. We build that layer as engineering work - schemas, validated event flows, and documented metric definitions - rather than as a templated dashboard product.

Is this the same as marketing analytics software?

No. We are not a platform you subscribe to - we are the engineering practice that makes whatever platform your team already uses (GA4, a CDP, a BI tool, a marketing dashboard) trustworthy. If your existing tool is showing inconsistent numbers, the fix is usually in the data feeding it, not the tool itself.

Do you build the dashboards, or just the data behind them?

Both, depending on the engagement. Some clients want us to design the reporting layer end to end; others have an internal BI or growth team that owns dashboarding and wants us to guarantee the data underneath is correct. We scope this explicitly at the start so there is no ambiguity about who owns what.

How does this differ from GA4 consulting or GTM implementation?

GA4 and Google Tag Manager are specific platforms with their own dedicated practices (ga.webclat.com and gtm.webclat.com). Marketing analytics services sit one layer up: the reporting and attribution structure a marketing team needs regardless of which platform is doing the collecting. Many engagements touch both - we will tell you plainly when a project is really a GA4 or GTM project and route it there.

Can you fix reporting that never matches across channels?

Usually, yes - and it is one of the most common reasons marketing teams come to us. We have a full explanation of why this happens and how to fix it in Why You Can't Trust Your Analytics Numbers.

Every wrong answer traced to the tracking, taxonomy or consent fault that caused it.
